Job Description

Talent Sourcing:

  • Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals to source potential candidates.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
  • Implement innovative sourcing techniques to reach passive candidates.

Candidate Screening and Assessment:

  • Review resumes and applications to evaluate candidate qualifications and experience.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability and interest in available positions.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtually, to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Applicant Tracking and Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements throughout the recruitment process.

Collaboration and Relationship Management:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies, universities, and other talent sources.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on interviewing techniques, candidate selection, and offer negotiations.

Recruitment Marketing and Branding:

  • Assist in the development of s and job advertisements that accurately reflect the requirements.
