Key Deliverables

• Maintain pipeline of eligible candidates for open and upcoming roles
• Conduct and coordinate interviews across channels and hiring levels
• Source and screen candidates through job portals, referrals, and networking
• Act as primary contact for candidate communication and queries

Role Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for multiple open positions
• Conduct telephonic interviews and assess candidate competencies
• Ensure hiring timelines and quality standards are met
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports in MS Office tools
