Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and generate regular HR reports including but not limited to headcount reports, attrition analysis etc
- Conduct in-depth data analsyis to identify trends, patterns and areas of improvement
- Collaborate with BPHRs to understand reporting needs and provide data driven recommendations
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within HRMIS
- Implement and maintain automated reporting solutions to streamline processes
- Stay abreast of industry trend and best practices in HR analytics
