DesignationManager- HRPRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIESKey Responsibilities:

  • Focus on all types of institutional hiring, ensuring the acquisition of top talent across sales, trading, research, and support functions.
  • Partner with Institutional Equity leadership to provide strategic HR guidance and solutions.
  • Support business growth through effective workforce planning, talent acquisition, and organizational design.
  • Ensure effective onboarding and integration for new hires in the Institutional Equity division.
  • Drive employee engagement and retention strategies.
  • Manage employee relations issues, ensuring alignment with organizational values and regulatory requirements.
  • Facilitate leadership development, training, and succession planning in collaboration with L&D teams.

Academic requirements

  • Postgraduate degree in Human Resources

  • 5+ years of HR experience, with minimum 3 years within financial services or capital markets.
