POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a proactive and seasoned HR professional with over 6 years of experience in Strategic HR Generalist roles.

KEY COMPETENCIES:

×       Ability to oversee HR functions such as Resourcing, Payroll, Administration, Compliance, Onboarding/Induction, Exit Management, Employee Grievance Handling, HR Policy Implementation, and Vendor Management, among others.

×       Responsible for leading the HR department.

×       Experience with HRMS portals.

×       Development and engagement initiatives for diverse teams and levels, impactful projects, and the execution of strategic and operational HR in a fast-paced environment.

×       Support various business lines within a global organization in a well-established and growing setting with multiple stakeholders.

×       Must possess the capability to engage independently with senior management.

×       A solid understanding and experience in the IT Telecom sector are preferred.

×       Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
