HR Lead, Commercial & Shared Services, India

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR contact for Commercial and Shared Services in India, partnering with business leaders to support people priorities, including performance, talent, and workforce planning.
• Oversee employee relations matters and provide support for investigations, while leading engagement initiatives that build a positive, high-performing work environment.
• Deliver end-to-end HR operations, covering the employee lifecycle, payroll coordination, and benefits, ensuring strong adherence to local compliance requirements.
• Drive and ensure successful execution of performance management, compensation cycles, and manpower planning in alignment with business needs.
• Collaborate with cluster, regional, and global HR teams to implement HR programs and deliver consistent, high-quality HR solutions to the business.
• Detect capability gaps and work with the business and CoEs to design and implement development solutions.
• Lead HR transformation initiatives, process improvements, and change programs to strengthen organizational effectiveness and enhance the employee experience.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and assignments as directed by the line manager.
