Job Description

The HR Head will lead the human resources function across all manufacturing units, ensuring alignment with business goals. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution capability, with a deep understanding of labor laws, compliance, union handling, and workforce management in an industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Management:

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives.

Drive culture-building initiatives and change management processes.

Talent Acquisition & Retention:

Oversee end-to-end recruitment for plant and corporate roles.

Design employee retention strategies and career progression frameworks.

Industrial Relations & Compliance:

Manage labor relations, including negotiations with trade unions.

Ensure adherence to labor laws and statutory compliance across all locations.

Performance Management & Training:

Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems (KPI/OKR-based).

Identify training needs and manage skill development programs.

HR Operations & Policies:

Establish and monitor HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook.

Supervise payroll, employee benefits, and HRMS systems.

Employee Engagement & Welfare:

Foster a positive work environment through structured employee engagement initiatives.

Ensure workplace safety, grievance redressal mechanisms, and welfare schemes.
