Experience: 2–5 Years

Qualification: MBA HR / PGDM (HR Specialization)

Preferred Industry: BPO | E-commerce | Retail

Key Responsibilities:

• Payroll input preparation & submission
• Employee onboarding & HRMS management
• Employee code & ESIC creation
• Initiating BGV for new joiners
• Maintaining employee database & records
• Audit readiness & documentation
• Handling salary helpdesk queries

Skills Required:

• Strong communication in English, Hindi & Telugu
• Good interpersonal & coordination skills
• Ability to work under deadlines
• Flexible and eager to learn
