Job Summary:

We are seeking an HR professional who can manage end-to-end recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, compliance, and employee lifecycle management while supporting organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and induction programs.
• Handle attendance, leave, and HR records management.
• Ensure HR documentation and statutory compliance.
• Organize employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Support performance management processes.
• Manage HRMS and employee databases.
• Implement HR policies and employee relations practices.
• Coordinate with recruitment consultants and vendors.

Required Skills:

• Strong recruitment and sourcing expertise.
• Knowledge of HRMS platforms.
• Good understanding of labor laws and HR compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
