Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Support
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
- Coordinate interview logistics and maintain timely communication with candidates
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and candidate databases
2. HR Documentation & Records
- Update and manage employee records (personal details, attendance, leave, etc.)
- Draft and process HR documents such as appointment letters, memos, and notices
3. Employee Relations
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and company events
- Support the promotion of a positive and compliant workplace culture
4. HR Operations
- Collect and verify payroll data for accurate and timely salary processing
- Support administration of employee benefits, including enrollments, claims, and queries
- Help maintain and implement HR policies and the employee handbook
- Maintain strict confidentiality and manage sensitive employee information responsibly
5. College Trainee Management
- Coordinate training schedules for trainees across departments
- Handle documentation and compliance related to BOAT, NATS, NAPS, and similar trainee programs
- Maintain accurate records of trainee attendance, stipend processing, and program adherence
