Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment Support

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
  • Coordinate interview logistics and maintain timely communication with candidates
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and candidate databases

2. HR Documentation & Records

  • Update and manage employee records (personal details, attendance, leave, etc.)
  • Draft and process HR documents such as appointment letters, memos, and notices

3. Employee Relations

  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and company events
  • Support the promotion of a positive and compliant workplace culture

4. HR Operations

  • Collect and verify payroll data for accurate and timely salary processing
  • Support administration of employee benefits, including enrollments, claims, and queries
  • Help maintain and implement HR policies and the employee handbook
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and manage sensitive employee information responsibly

5. College Trainee Management

  • Coordinate training schedules for trainees across departments
  • Handle documentation and compliance related to BOAT, NATS, NAPS, and similar trainee programs
  • Maintain accurate records of trainee attendance, stipend processing, and program adherence
