Job Description
- Payroll Management:
- Entering new joiner s details to tally and entering the salary breakups
- Entries of Salary advance, Lunch deduction, TDS and LOP
- Salary calculation in Both Excel and Tally
- salary Account opening formalities
- Documentation with respect to Payroll Management: Salary register maintenance, Salary Slips, Cash or Cheques receipt voucher, PT payment receipt, Maintenance of leave particulars.
- Statutory Compliance:
- Enrollment of Insured Person / Member to ESI and PF Portals
- Labor welfare fund and collection of acknowledgement
