Max Life Insurance is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team on a retainer basis. As an HRBP Retainer, you will provide strategic HR support to our leadership team and employees, helping drive business outcomes and foster a positive work culture.

*Responsibilities:*

- Provide HR expertise and guidance to leadership and employees

- Develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with business objectives

- Foster positive employee relations and resolve conflicts

- Collaborate with leadership to drive business outcomes

- Analyze HR data and provide insights for strategic decision-making

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations

*Requirements:*

- Good years of experience in HR, with a focus on HR Business Partnering

- Basic Excel and computer knowledge.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
