Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders to integrate workforce strategies with organizational objectives.
• Provide guidance on the employee lifecycle, workforce planning, and enhancing organizational effectiveness.
• Lead initiatives aimed at boosting employee engagement, retention, and company culture.
• Mentor managers in areas of performance management, talent development, and navigating change.
• Manage employee relations while ensuring adherence to HR policies and labor regulations.
• Leverage HR metrics and insights to inform strategic business decisions.
• Facilitate essential HR functions including onboarding, performance evaluations, and offboarding processes.

Requirements

3+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner

Strong skills in business partnering and managing stakeholder relationships

Proven experience in fast-paced and dynamic work environments

Solid understanding of employee relations and HR compliance matters

Excellent communication, influencing, and analytical abilities
