Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Partnership
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with business leaders to act as a strategic advisor on people-related matters
- Align HR strategies with business goals to drive performance, engagement, and growth
- Support and guide organizational changes, including restructures, cultural shifts, and change management initiatives
Talent Management & Development
- Partner with Learning & Development to implement career progression plans, leadership development, and upskilling programs
- Drive performance review cycles, goal-setting, and continuous feedback practices
- Identify and support high-potential talent and succession planning efforts
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Lead initiatives to boost employee morale, team collaboration, and inclusive culture
- Design and manage employee surveys, analyze data, and lead action planning
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring fair conflict resolution and consistent communication
Operational Excellence & Compliance
- Collaborate with HR Operations on onboarding, policy rollout, and documentation
- Ensure HR practices are compliant with local labor laws and internal standards
- Analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover, engagement, absenteeism) and deliver data-driven recommendations
Employer Branding & Social Media Presence
- Enhance employer brand across platforms like Glassdoor, AmbitionBox, and LinkedIn
- Curate employee-driven stories and collaborate with teams to showcase workplace culture
- Partner with marketing to align internal values with external employer branding
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with payroll, compensation, and benefits teams to address employee concerns and ensure seamless processes
- Support internal communications, leadership messaging, and HR-related branding initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a strategic HRBP or related role
- Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and HR systems
- Proven track record in leading HR projects, talent management, and employee relations
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; able to influence across levels
- Strong analytical skills with experience in using dashboards, reports, and presentations
- High integrity and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Agile, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
