Job Description
What will you be doing
As an Apprentice, you will be responsible for assisting in delivering an excellent guest and member experience while contributing to high levels of customer service. Your responsibilities will include the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Customer Service: Contribute to high levels of customer service, assisting guests and members as needed.
- Customer Relations: Manage customer relations when necessary, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Comply with and have full knowledge of health and safety regulations in the hotel.
- Task Completion: Undertake any reasonable duties assigned by the senior manager or supervisors.
- Training Program: Complete all aspects of the apprenticeship training program, gaining practical knowledge and skills to excel in your role.
