About the Role:

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of HR operations, with a focus on talent acquisition support, HR process management, and employee engagement initiatives. This role requires strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills to maintain seamless HR functioning and foster a positive workplace culture.

Job Summary:

  • Coordinate the hiring and onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Conduct new hire orientations and HR connect sessions to familiarize employees with company policies, culture, and values.
  • Address and resolve employee queries related to HR processes and administration with professionalism and promptness.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee data, HR records, and sensitive information.
  • Generate regular reports on hiring, engagement, attrition, and learning initiatives to support management decisions.
  • Maintain and update employee documentation in compliance with statutory and organizational policies.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and ensure adherence across departments.
  • Plan and organize employee engagement activities, workshops, and cultural events to strengthen workplace relationships.
  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work culture that enhances employee morale and productivity.
  • Manage multiple HR-related tasks efficiently and independently with minimal supervision.

You Are the Right Fit If You Have:

  • A Master's Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • A solid understanding of HR practices, policies, and statutory requirements.
  • Strong administrative and documentation skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with employees and leadership.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office applications for data management and reporting.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and problem-solving ability.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to work with the HR team and other departments.
