About the Role:
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of HR operations, with a focus on talent acquisition support, HR process management, and employee engagement initiatives. This role requires strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills to maintain seamless HR functioning and foster a positive workplace culture.
Job Summary:
- Coordinate the hiring and onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Conduct new hire orientations and HR connect sessions to familiarize employees with company policies, culture, and values.
- Address and resolve employee queries related to HR processes and administration with professionalism and promptness.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee data, HR records, and sensitive information.
- Generate regular reports on hiring, engagement, attrition, and learning initiatives to support management decisions.
- Maintain and update employee documentation in compliance with statutory and organizational policies.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and ensure adherence across departments.
- Plan and organize employee engagement activities, workshops, and cultural events to strengthen workplace relationships.
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work culture that enhances employee morale and productivity.
- Manage multiple HR-related tasks efficiently and independently with minimal supervision.
You Are the Right Fit If You Have:
- A Master's Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- A solid understanding of HR practices, policies, and statutory requirements.
- Strong administrative and documentation skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with employees and leadership.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office applications for data management and reporting.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and problem-solving ability.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to work with the HR team and other departments.
