Job Description

  • Manage daily housekeeping operations for guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
  • Develop and implement efficient cleaning procedures and schedules
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations

  • 2-4 years of leadership experience in Rooms Division or related hospitality role
  • Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
  • Proven experience in housekeeping operations
  • Proficiency in housekeeping management systems
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Demonstrated team-building and training capabilities
