Home Health Coding @Global Healthcare

Key Responsibilities:

• Assign accurate medical codes (ICD-10, OASIS) to patient records in Home Health settings.
• Ensure compliance with CMS guidelines and internal QA standards.
• Review and analyze clinical documentation for coding accuracy.
• Collaborate with QA teams and other departments to resolve coding queries.
• Maintain high accuracy levels and meet productivity targets.

Required Qualifications:

• Certifications such as CPC, CCS, HCS-D, or similar preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10, OASIS guidelines, and CMS rules.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• A reliable internet connection and suitable remote work environment.
