Hiring Recruiter For International BPO

Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage high-volume recruitment for international BPO roles (customer service, technical support, back-office, etc.). Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates, ensuring cultural and skill fit.
• Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and direct outreach. Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Utilize platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed to promote roles and engage potential candidates.
• Provide a positive candidate experience, maintaining clear communication and promoting the companys brand.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in bulk recruitment (preferably BPO or international process).
• Education: Undergraduate degree required. MBA-HR freshers are eligible to apply.
• Skills
• Proficient with job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in virtual and in-person interviews.
