Role & responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment, onboarding and HR operations.
• Analyzing requirements, Sourcing, and Aligning of best-fit candidates.
• Responsible for Background verification process, documentation & tracking.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities.
• Maintain HR record and ensure compliance with HR policies.
