Hiring Freshers For International Voice Process (AM Infoweb)

Role & Responsibilities:

• Act as a mediator between insurance companies/law firms and hospitals, doctors, clinics, and other medical facilities.
• Follow up on medical reports for discharged patients from the listed medical institutions.
• Ensure timely retrieval of medical documents as per client deadlines.
• Maintain clear, professional communication in an international voice-based environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Graduate freshers or those awaiting results are welcome.
• Candidates must be open to work from office; WFH is not appreciated.
