Hiring For Senior HRBP - Night Shift

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to implement effective HR strategies aligned with business goals
• Drive employee engagement and satisfaction initiatives across teams
• Manage employee grievances, conflicts, and provide sound resolution
• Analyze attrition and retention data; provide actionable insights
• Lead end-to-end onboarding and induction activities
• Identify training needs and coordinate development programs
• Monitor succession planning and workforce performance
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and statutory norms
• Contribute to continuous improvement of HR policies and workflow management

Key Requirements:

• Education: MBA / MSW / MA in Human Resources or a relevant specialization (mandatory)
• Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years in Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) roles. (Must have corporate HRBP experience)
• Industry Preference: Experience in Healthcare, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), or BPO sectors is preferred, but not mandatory
• Candidate Preference: Male candidates preferred
