Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Acquisition: Source and acquire CASA, Savings, and Current Account customers, including HNI clients.
• Relationship Management: Manage HNI portfolios, handle client queries, and strengthen customer relationships.
• Branch Operations Support: Assist in operational activities, ensure proper documentation, and maintain branch banking standards.
• Product Promotion: Cross-sell financial products such as Fixed Deposits and other retail banking offerings.
• Authorization & Compliance: Ensure transaction authorization, adherence to banking policies, and regulatory compliance.
• Portfolio Management: Monitor and manage assigned customer portfolios to enhance business growth and retention.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records and provide updates on acquisition and portfolio performance.
