Educational Requirement: Any Graduate

Compensation: 3.25 LPA to 4.5 LPA

Work Hours: Rotational Shifts

Joining Availability: Immediate Joiners preferred

Primary Duties

• Address customer inquiries via voice communication.
• Comprehend customer issues and deliver suitable resolutions.
• Resolve customer challenges while ensuring a positive experience.
• Keep precise records of customer interactions.
• Adhere to established processes, quality standards, and customer service expectations.
• Achieve set performance and service benchmarks.

Candidate Qualifications

• Open to Any Graduate applicants.
• Fresh graduates and those with relevant Customer Support/BPO experience are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential.
• Effective and clear communication capabilities.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
• Preference will be given to candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period.
