Job description

• 12+ years of experience Techno functional Manager in IT Industry specialized in Healthcare and Life sciences. Ability to handle Manual and Automation projects.
• Proven experience in delivering larger programs
• Sound Experience in Estimation, planning and execution of projects
• Sound Knowledge of GxP, CSV, Clinical Trial Management, RTSM and related healthcare domain specific tools.
• Customer handling experience with good communication skills
• Extremely strong communication, critical thinking, and analytical skills. This includes skills such as conceptual requirements interpretation, solution creation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Agile methodologies experience and working experience in Scrum teams
• Guide the team and continuously innovate in the project.
• well versed with agile ceremonies and should be able to articulate the status and work done to the team
• Must Have
• Healthcare Domain: 4/5JIRA / Zephyr - 4/5Functional / Automation : 4/51. Domain: Pharma R&D, Regulatory, Pharmacovigilance, Pharma Supply chain, GXP, Clinical trials, RTSM business processes 2. packaged solutions: Veeva Lifesciences or Oracle Lifesciences products.3. Regulatory: FDA CFR Part 11 and ISO 4. GAMP computer system validation approach.
