Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Strategy:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Align recruitment strategies with business objectives and workforce planning.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and guide a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets.
  • Partner with business heads and HR leadership to understand and fulfill hiring requirements effectively.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment processes and efficiency.

End-to-End Recruitment:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for senior-level and critical positions.
  • Source, attract, and assess candidates through innovative sourcing methods, including social media, referrals, networking, and recruitment agencies.

Employer Branding:

  • Strengthen the employer brand by promoting the company's culture and values.
  • Develop creative initiatives to enhance candidate experience and engagement.

Data-Driven Recruitment:

  • Utilize recruitment analytics to track key metrics (time-to-hire, quality of hire, etc.) and optimize processes.
  • Prepare and present recruitment reports to leadership.

Compliance & Best Practices:

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, DEI standards, and relevant employment laws.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices

Preferred candidate profile

  • Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience (8+ years) in Talent Acquisition with a strong background in leadership roles.
  • Excellent understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and employer branding.
  • Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment analytics tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
