Role & responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Strategy:
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Align recruitment strategies with business objectives and workforce planning.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management:
- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets.
- Partner with business heads and HR leadership to understand and fulfill hiring requirements effectively.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment processes and efficiency.
End-to-End Recruitment:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for senior-level and critical positions.
- Source, attract, and assess candidates through innovative sourcing methods, including social media, referrals, networking, and recruitment agencies.
Employer Branding:
- Strengthen the employer brand by promoting the company's culture and values.
- Develop creative initiatives to enhance candidate experience and engagement.
Data-Driven Recruitment:
- Utilize recruitment analytics to track key metrics (time-to-hire, quality of hire, etc.) and optimize processes.
- Prepare and present recruitment reports to leadership.
Compliance & Best Practices:
- Ensure adherence to company policies, DEI standards, and relevant employment laws.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices
Preferred candidate profile
- Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (8+ years) in Talent Acquisition with a strong background in leadership roles.
- Excellent understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and employer branding.
- Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment analytics tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
