Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnerships & Alliance Development

• Lead national-level partnerships with hospitals, clinics, diagnostic labs, and healthcare networks.
• Identify, negotiate, and formalize MOUs and long-term tie-ups with key industry stakeholders.
• Expand internship and placement collaboration opportunities across the healthcare sector.

Regional Team Leadership

• Manage, mentor, and guide regional partnership teams to meet alliance and placement goals.
• Ensure alignment between regional outreach efforts and national strategic objectives.

Industry Representation & Networking

• Represent the organization at healthcare conferences, events, and forums to enhance visibility.
• Build strong relationships with administrators, HR leaders, and institutional heads across the healthcare ecosystem.

Collaboration with Academic & Placement Teams

• Work closely with academic and placement teams to ensure training programs meet industry expectations.
• Support seamless execution of internships, clinical postings, and placement processes.

Monitoring, Reporting & Market Intelligence

• Track partnership performance and key KPIs to ensure delivery on commitments.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for collaborations and institutional engagements.
