Manage the complete Accounts and Finance function for a company with current revenue of approx. ₹150 Cr.
Lead a team of 25 finance professionals operating across multiple locations.
Oversee bank reconciliations and ensure accurate cash flow reporting.
Prepare and manage MIS and IT reports using Microsoft Navision (ERP).
Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations across five manufacturing plants.
Handle all investor-related queries, ensuring transparency and timely responses.
Maintain robust financial processes and controls in a factory accounting setup.
Report financial performance directly to the MD and provide strategic financial insights.
Adapt to and work effectively in an owner-driven organisation, ensuring long-term stability and continuity.
