Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the overall business objectives and growth plans
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent
• Act as a bridge between management and employees to foster positive employee relations and engagement
• Support current and future organizational needs through workforce planning and talent management initiatives
• Facilitate conflict resolution and promote a healthy workplace culture
