Head Civil Engineering

Responsibilities

• Project leadership: Oversee all civil engineering projects, from initial design and feasibility studies to final construction and execution. 
• Strategic planning: Develop functional strategies and objectives for the department, aligning them with overall business goals. 
• Budget and resource management: Approve budgets, analyze costs, and manage resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. 
• Technical oversight: Review and approve engineering plans, specifications, and designs to maintain high standards of quality and safety. 
• Staff management: Lead, mentor, and motivate the engineering team, delegating tasks and ensuring continuous professional development. 
• Stakeholder communication: Coordinate with other departments, contractors, architects, and regulatory agencies to facilitate project development. 
• Quality and compliance: Establish and enforce quality control, safety policies, and ensure all projects comply with relevant regulations.
