• Provide support to customers and clients for Windows Server, Unix, Mainframe, SharePoint, and Active Directory
• Participate in service desk and data center operations
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for end users
• Maintain high-quality communication with clients and internal teams
• Assist in maintaining operational processes in data center environments
• Ensure prompt and effective customer issue resolution
