Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound voice calls as per business requirements
• Communicate effectively with customers in a professional manner
• Understand customer queries and provide appropriate solutions
• Maintain records of customer interactions and updates
• Follow defined processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Work in rotational shifts as required by the process
• Ensure timely resolution of customer issues
• Support team targets and service level agreements (SLAs)
