Job Description
- Managing the Quality Systems for the India region and drive continuous improvements from a Quality performance and compliance perspective.
- Work collaboratively with quality and business leaders to ensure that the Quality Management Operating System keeps leaders informed on quality performance and drives leadership visibility and accountability.
- Support the definition and deployment of quality performance goals and objectives consistent with those defined by the HBT Quality in support of the AOP & LTBP.
- Oversight of site level RCCA process to drive both effectiveness and responsiveness.
- Assure proper allocation of actions across the business to drive accountability and improvements.
- Lead the functional, professional, and organizational development for the India Quality organization including a thorough MRR for the quality organization.
- Support the development and deployment of process control improvements across our network of sites and align goals and objectives
