Minimum 6 years of experience required in Avionics & Aerospace hardware design & development life cycle for Requirements capture, Hardware Design and Testing, Reverse Engineering, EMI-EMC Testing, System Testing, DFMEA Analysis, Product Certification, QA testing & Documentation
Proficiency in electronics, MEMS, VLSI design, avionics systems, FMS, flight controls, and DO-254 compliance
Knowledge on ARP 4754, ARP4761, DO 254, DO 178, DO 160, MIL 810E standards.
Expertise in Microcontroller, Microprocessor & FPGA based hardware design & development.
Expertise in Analog & Digital Circuit Design, Drivers, Communication Protocols (ARINC, TSN, SPI, I2C, CAN, Ethernet, USB, RS485, RS232)
Expertise in Power Supply Design Linear Power Supply, SMPS, DC-DC convertors.
Expertise in PCB design tools for Schematic design, PCB layout design & BOM preparation.
Expertise in Design circuits & simulations, WCCA analysis.
Expertise of in Environment testing, Hardware Testing, System Testing, Debugging & Assembly tools - Digital Oscilloscope, LCR meter, Thermocouple, Signal Generator, Power Source.
Ability to identify and implement strategies to solve problems, reduce cost, strengthen customer and vendor relationship and effective team management.
