Role Overview:

To process payroll for large multinational companies using ADP / SAP GlobalView application and provide world-class client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payroll for large multinational companies using ADP / SAP GlobalView Application
• Provide world-class client service
• Use analytical skills and work with large data sets
• Apply basic accounting skills to maintain payroll-related accounting
• Use soft skills to provide client service that enables the client to become a promoter of ADP
• Problem solving and troubleshooting to resolve payroll-related challenges

Knowledge & Compliance:

• Knowledgeable with in-country payroll legislation and ensure compliance
• Be up to date with legislative changes
• Be abreast with changes in HR operations and new ways of working relationships between employer and employee

Experience & Qualifications:

• Experience in payroll or HR processing
• Experience in working on payroll software such as GlobalView / SAP
• Experience in managing large clients
• Education background in commerce, accounting, or statistics will be helpful
• Ability to troubleshoot and identify solutions
