Guidewire Policy Center Developer

Description

We are seeking an experienced Guidewire Policy Center Developer to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, particularly with Guidewire products, and will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement solutions using Guidewire Policy Center.
• Collaborate with business analysts to understand and document requirements.
• Perform system testing and debugging to ensure optimal performance of the applications.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Provide support for production issues and troubleshoot as necessary.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by proposing and implementing new ideas and solutions.

Skills and Qualifications

• 7-12 years of experience in software development and application design.
• Strong expertise in Guidewire Policy Center, including configuration and customization.
• Proficiency in Java, Gosu, and SQL programming languages.
• Experience with Guidewire integrations, APIs, and web services.
• Knowledge of insurance domain concepts and processes.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
