Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Gather, document, and validate business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
  • Design future-state business processes and system solutions aligned with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, and business stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Guidewire Digital Portals teams to support solution design and implementation.
  • Conduct impact analysis and support decision-making for system enhancements.
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure successful deployment of solutions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute to solution design and project planning.
  • Apply Agile methodologies for requirement management and delivery.
  • Support process modeling and documentation using industry-standard tools.
