Key Responsibilities
- Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
- Design future-state business processes and system solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, and business stakeholders.
- Work closely with Guidewire Digital Portals teams to support solution design and implementation.
- Conduct impact analysis and support decision-making for system enhancements.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure successful deployment of solutions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to solution design and project planning.
- Apply Agile methodologies for requirement management and delivery.
- Support process modeling and documentation using industry-standard tools.
