Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests upon arrival with a warm, professional, and courteous demeanor
  • Assist with check-in, check-out procedures, and room or registration assignments
  • Address and resolve guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently
  • Provide information on services, facilities, local attractions, and travel directions
  • Maintain accurate guest records and document preferences, issues, and feedback
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., leadership, F&B) to ensure guest needs are met
  • Handle special guest requests, including reservations, transportation, and events
  • Monitor guest satisfaction levels and gather feedback for continuous improvement
  • Support VIP services with discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail
