Job Description
• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner
• Notify internal stakeholders of guest arrivals and ensure timely coordination
• Issue visitor badges, ID cards, and access passes while maintaining records
• Ensure adherence to security protocols including ID verification and laptop checks
• Maintain visitor logs and coordinate transport arrangements when required
• Handle guest complaints, feedback, and escalate issues as per defined processes
• Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of lobby and common areas
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth front office operations
• Support emergency procedures including evacuation and safety protocols
• Manage daily reconciliation and secure disposal of visitor badges
