Guest Relation Executive

Job Description:

• Review guest arrival lists and ensure a warm, personalized welcome to all guests.
• Assist in preparing welcome folders and kits including materials such as room service menus, property brochures, and area information.
• Build rapport with guests by anticipating their needs and providing assistance with tasks such as confirming travel arrangements or taking messages.
• Ensure a seamless guest experience by promptly addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure guest satisfaction and timely resolution of any service issues.
• Maintain a deep understanding of hospitality service standards and ensure consistent adherence to them.
• Provide accurate information regarding the property, amenities, local attractions, and services.
• Uphold the company's brand image and values while delivering exceptional guest service.
