Growth Management - Senior Manager - Paytm

Responsibilities:

-We are looking for a Retention Manager for accelerating the core growth metrics (DAU, MAU, cross-sell and up-sell) and user numbers for merchant business.

-The role specifically focuses on initiatives planned through CRM channels Push, Whatsapp, SMS, Email, In-app.

-If you are passionate about mobile and web apps with a penchant towards marketing campaigns, love extreme attention to content & design detail and care about how your work impacts millions of users daily, we want you!

Requirement:

-Configure and implement all planned campaigns and ensure timely go-live as per planned marketing calendar

-Work with central design and marketing team to create highly engaging creative and content to optimize CTR and conversions

-Designing and carrying out experiments and A/B testing, to optimize conversion across the user funnel

-Analyse and report on campaign performance metrics, using marketing analytics tools

-Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, traffic and business, to ensure alignment and effective execution

Skills that will help you succeed in this role:

-3 to 5 years' experience with marketing and web analytics tools like CleverTap, Moengage, Mix panel or in-house tools

- Bachelor's degree with at least 4-7 years experience in a digital marketing executive or similar role

-Proven experience with large scale digital campaigns execution across in-app and other marketing

channels

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
