Group Marketing & Branding Manager
Job Description
JOB PURPOSE:
The Marketing Branding Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the
overall marketing and brand positioning strategy and its business units. The role will
drive brand visibility, digital presence, marketing campaigns, and strategic communication across both
online and offline channels, supporting the Group's business development initiatives across international
markets. The role will ensure consistent brand positioning, strong digital footprint, and effective marketing
systems that contribute to lead generation, brand credibility, and business growth.
3. COMPETENCY
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
MBA in Marketing or Branding preferred
Minimum Experience:
12-15 years of experience in marketing, branding, or corporate communication
Experience in engineering, EPC, infrastructure, construction, modular building, or industrial sectors
preferred
Experience managing both digital marketing and offline marketing initiatives
Exposure to international B2B markets will be an advantage

4. Roles and Responsibilities (DETAILED):
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute the Group Marketing & Branding Strategy aligned with business
growth objectives.
Prepare annual marketing roadmap, campaign calendar, and budgets.
Identify key markets, target industries, and positioning opportunities for Technomak Group.
Build marketing initiatives that support sales, prequalification, and tender participation.
2. Brand Management
Build and maintain a strong and consistent brand identity across all group companies and
business units.
Ensure consistent use of brand guidelines, messaging, and communication standards.
Manage corporate communication including brand story, company profile, brochures, and
presentations.
Strengthen Technomak's positioning as a leading modular and engineering solutions
provider globally.
3. Digital Marketing & Online Presence
Manage and enhance the digital presence of Technomak Group across platforms including:
o Corporate websites
o LinkedIn
o YouTube
o Industry portals
Lead SEO, content marketing, and digital campaigns to increase brand visibility.
Monitor website performance and improve traffic, engagement, and conversion.
4. Content Development & Communication
Develop marketing content including:
o Case studies
o Technical articles
o Client success stories
o Corporate newsletters
o Press releases
Coordinate with engineering and project teams to create technical marketing material.
Manage the creation of high-quality visual and video marketing assets.
5. Sales & Business Development Support
Support sales teams with:
o Marketing collateral
o Prequalification documentation
o Presentation materials
o Proposal branding and messaging
Work closely with business development teams to create targeted marketing campaigns for
key sectors.
6. Events, Exhibitions & Industry Engagement
Plan and manage participation in:
o Industry exhibitions
o Trade events
o Conferences
o Networking platforms
Manage branding for exhibitions including booth design, promotional material, and
communication campaigns.
7. Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis
Conduct periodic market research and competitor benchmarking.
Track marketing trends, industry developments, and customer preferences.
Provide insights to leadership for market positioning and strategy decisions.
8. Marketing Systems & Analytics
Implement systems for tracking:
o Marketing campaigns
o Website analytics
o Social media engagement
o Lead generation performance
Prepare periodic marketing performance reports for leadership.
9. Public Relations (PR) & Media Management
Develop and execute the PR strategy for Technomak Group aligned to brand positioning and
business priorities.
Build and maintain relationships with media houses, industry publications, editors, and PR
agencies (India/UAE/GCC as relevant).
Prepare and publish press releases, media notes, leadership quotes, and corporate
announcements (new projects, awards, milestones, expansions, partnerships, CSR,
innovations).
Ensure consistent brand narrative and spokesperson messaging for leadership (CEO/VPs).
Drive earned media coverage in relevant industry platforms (EPC, modular building, O&G,
datacenters, infrastructure, sustainability).
Manage reputation risk: coordinate responses for negative publicity, client escalations, or
market rumors in alignment with leadership approvals.
Manage crisis communication framework (templates, approval matrix, response protocol).
Coordinate PR coverage for events/exhibitions, project deliveries, and key launches.
5. KEY RESULT AREAS
Develop and implement the overall marketing and branding strategy for Technomak Group
aligned with business growth objectives.
Strengthen and maintain consistent brand positioning across all group companies,
platforms, and marketing materials.
Manage and enhance the digital presence of Technomak Group including website,
LinkedIn, industry portals, and other relevant platforms.
Drive content development and corporate communication including case studies, project
highlights, newsletters, and marketing collateral.
Develop and execute public relations (PR) initiatives, including press releases, media
engagement, and industry publication visibility.
Support sales and business development teams through high-quality marketing collateral,
presentations, and prequalification documentation.
Plan and coordinate participation in exhibitions, conferences, and industry events to
enhance brand visibility.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic positioning and
marketing initiatives.
Establish systems to track marketing performance metrics, digital analytics, and
campaign effectiveness.
Ensure development and periodic update of corporate marketing assets such as company
profiles, brochures, and promotional videos.
Coordinate with internal departments to capture project achievements and technical
capabilities for marketing and branding purposes.
Prepare periodic marketing performance reports and insights for management review and
strategic decision-making.
