Group Manger - Experience Design

Job Overview:

• We are seeking a skilled Experience Designer to become a vital member of our team

• This position uniquely integrates UX design, persona-driven storytelling, and visual narrative strategy
• You will influence everything from initial product prototypes to impactful executive

• into clear and persuasive design solutions
• Collaboration will be key as you work closely with designers
• developers, business analysts, sales executives, and delivery managers, utilizing AI tools to
• enhance creative efficiency and output quality, all within dynamic Agile settings

Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee comprehensive UX design for significant deal proposals, presentations, and digital touch
• points
• enterprise products, covering all phases from discovery and research synthesis to wireframes
• prototypes and final specifications
• Conduct and analyze user research interviews, usability tests, and surveys to guide
• persona creation and journey mapping
• Design and lead workshops, co-creation sessions, and design sprints with
• cross-functional teams
• Establish and manage design systems, component libraries, and interaction
• guidelines that are scalable across product lines
• Convert complex workflows and data-intensive interfaces into intuitive and accessible
• experiences for both technical and non-technical users
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to guarantee design consistency from

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience in supporting large deal pursuits, RFP, RFI responses, or strategic bid

• Familiarity with AI-enhanced design and productivity tools, such as

• Background in service design, design thinking facilitation, or experience strategy
• Knowledge of accessibility standards, including WCAG 2.1 AA, and inclusive design practices
• A degree or equivalent qualification in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, HCI
• Commercial arts, or a related field
