Roles & Responsibilities:

• Implement and support Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions to help organizations manage risk and compliance across business functions.
• Work on ServiceNow GRC modules to design, configure, and enhance risk and compliance workflows.
• Implement and support Security Incident Response (SIR) processes within ServiceNow.
• Perform ServiceNow development activities including customization, scripting, and workflow configuration.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand risk, compliance, and security requirements.
• Support end-to-end IRM implementation including configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Ensure alignment of solutions with organizational risk management frameworks and compliance standards.
• Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting and optimizing ServiceNow GRC solutions.
