Job Description
• Provide support for Finastra GPP application in domestic and international payment processing environments.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot SWIFT message flows across MT and MX formats.
• Support release and change management activities in production and non-production environments.
• Handle UAT support including issue identification and resolution.
• Manage application and environment stability for payment systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution and system enhancements.
• Ensure smooth functioning of payment processing workflows.
• Participate in incident management and production support activities.
• Maintain documentation for support processes and system changes.
• Support continuous improvement of payment platform operations.
