Global Voice Support Agent

We are looking for confident and customer-focused Global Voice Support Agents to handle international customer interactions through voice channels. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to resolve customer queries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
• Understand customer concerns and provide accurate solutions.
• Maintain a professional and friendly communication style.
• Resolve complaints, requests, and service-related queries.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams when escalation is required.
• Ensure a positive customer experience on every interaction.

Skills Required:

• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Good English communication with a neutral/global accent.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
• Customer-oriented approach with good patience and empathy.
