-Serve as a key point of contact for employee benefits inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.-Review and execute time away and allowances using Workday and ServiceNow.-Enhance employee satisfaction and engagement with benefits programs.-Ensure benefits processes align with company policies and regulations.-Improve benefits administration processes and enhance the employee experience.-Resolve employee queries efficiently and provide an employee-centric experience.-Recommend and implement process improvements for compliance and efficiency.-Collaborate with internal and external teams to understand Apple s time away and allowances.-Report on and reconcile time away and allowance data.-Stay updated on changes to the Time Away and Allowance environment and communicate their impact.-Collaborate with key partners to implement optimal solutions for Time Away and Allowance Administration.
- 5+ years of experience in HR benefits administration or shared services.
- Bachelor s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of leave management regulations across multiple regions.
- Must be a great team player and have a passion to initiate change.
- Excellent employee service skills, proven communication, and proficiency in Workday and ServiceNow are essential.
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies and legal requirements.
- Strong working relationships, time management, and data interpretation skills are crucial.
- Attention to detail, process improvement mindset, and effective teamwork in a fast-paced environment are also important.
