Global, Finance Operations Transformation Leader

In this role, you will:

• Lead digital transformation initiatives across integrated finance functions—record-to-report, order-to-cash, and procure-to-pay—to achieve verifiable efficiency improvements and strengthen enterprise-wide data integrity for decision-making
• Own the end-to-end design of target operating models and workflows that connect financial policies, systems, and controls, enabling smooth hybrid collaboration with global stakeholders
• Drive the adoption of advanced technology and automation across core finance cycles to reduce manual work, lower operational risk, and accelerate close and settlement activities
• Establish and manage governance frameworks for finance operations to ensure digital programs reinforce standardized processes, deliver accurate reporting, and maintain strong audit readiness
• Collaborate with senior finance and technology sponsors, as well as controllership, treasury, tax, and business operations teams, to rank investments and align transformation roadmaps with strategic objectives and regulatory requirements

What you need to have to be considered

• 20+ years of experience in digital transformation within enterprise finance, with a proven record of delivering scalable automation and data-driven solutions
• Thorough operational expertise in record-to-report, including general ledger reconciliations, period close, and financial statement preparation within complex environments
• Deep knowledge of order-to-cash processes, including billing, credit management, collections, and cash application, with emphasis on cash flow accuracy and customer satisfaction
• Strong command of procure-to-pay—from requisition and sourcing through purchasing, invoicing, and payment—to strengthen compliance and support supplier collaboration
• Program and project management office experience, including establishing governance cadence, and managing reporting and risk for large, multi-stream finance transformation programs
• Advanced stakeholder management and negotiation capabilities, including the ability to align finance, technology, operations, and external partners around high-impact initiatives
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex financial data, determine root causes of operational issues, and propose workable improvements
• Experience with process reengineering and continuous improvement, designing practical solutions that balance innovation, user adoption, and regulatory expectations
• High integrity standards and a strong control mindset to ensure process changes and digital solutions continue to enable accurate reporting and compliance across jurisdictions
• Capability to operate effectively within hybrid models, leveraging collaboration platforms and structured communication to keep distributed teams transparent and accountable

These will help you succeed

• PMP or PgMP certification
• Finance or transformation credentials, such as CPA, ACCA or Certified Digital Transformation Professional
• Experience in preparing documentation for process flows, business requirements, and operating procedures to enable training and ensure smooth handover t operations teams.
