Global Customer Interaction Specialist

We are seeking experienced and customer-oriented professionals to join our growing International BPO team. As a Global Customer Interaction Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to international clients while maintaining high standards of communication, professionalism, and problem resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer interactions through calls, chats, and emails
• Address customer concerns efficiently and provide appropriate solutions
• Deliver a seamless customer experience while maintaining service quality standards
• Understand customer needs and ensure accurate issue resolution
• Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions in CRM systems
• Work collaboratively with internal departments to resolve escalations
• Achieve individual and team performance targets

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service / International BPO
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and customer handling abilities
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts/night shifts
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and computer applications
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Eligibility:

• Candidates must be based in Mumbai only
• Immediate joiners preferred
