Genesys Lead Developer

• 8+ years experience in contact center domain software development or similar technology.
• Strong understanding of telephony concepts and IVR best practices.
• Experience with integrating IVR systems with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce & ServiceNow).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
